Saudi Arabia launches Nusuk Umrah service, allowing pilgrims to apply for visas, book services online

The Saudi Arabia ministry of hajj and umrah on Wednesday unveiled the Nusuk umrah service, a new digital platform that allows foreign Umrah pilgrims to apply for visas and book travel services directly online without intermediaries.
Accessible via umrah.nusuk.sa, the platform is designed to enhance service delivery and enrich the pilgrim experience. It provides pilgrims with flexibility to either choose integrated packages or customize their trip by booking individual services such as visas, accommodation, transportation, and tours.
With a user-friendly interface available in seven languages, Nusuk Umrah integrates with government systems and supports multiple payment options to ensure a seamless digital process.
According to Saudi Gazette, the ministry noted that the platform complements existing channels, including qualified agents, while offering an additional, more direct option for pilgrims worldwide.
Quoting officials, the report said the initiative is part of ongoing efforts to realize the objectives of Saudi vision 2030, which include welcoming more pilgrims and delivering high-quality, comfortable services that improve both Hajj and Umrah journeys.
