LENS VIEW: Tinubu decorates acting COAS with new rank

President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday decorated Olufemi Oluyede, the acting chief of army staff (COAS), with his new rank of lieutenant general.

Tinubu decorated Oluyede at the State House in the presence of Badaru Abubakar, the minister of defence.
