Conquerors Global Assembly is David Abioye’s new church

David Abioye, a former senior pastor of the Living Faith Church, has launched the Conquerors Global Assembly as his new place of worship.
Abioye established the church after he retired from Living Faith Church, popularly known as Winners Chapel.
Abioye announced on his official X handle on Monday evening that the church would start Sunday morning services on May 4.
“Exciting news! By the grace of God, starting next Sunday, our service is moving to the morning, 8:00am. It’s a new day for you — come ready to be blessed mightily in Jesus’ name,” he wrote on X.
“Mark your calendars, set your alarms — we can’t wait to see you there! Tag someone you’re inviting!” he added.
On Sunday morning, the bishop expressed gratitude to those who joined the service.
“Thank you for joining us for the Conquerors experience today! We trust that you experienced a powerful encounter with God. May every blessing imparted tonight, take root and overflow in your life, transforming you in ways only His power can, in Jesus’ name,” he wrote.
Before Abioye and Thomas Aremu retired in October 2024 from the Living Faith Church, he served as Winners Chapel’s vice-president.
After the church’s leadership policy was reviewed and the official retirement age was raised to 55, they decided to retire.
Abioye was 63 and Aremu was 67 at the time.
