Lawrence Oloche Emmanuel, the managing director and chief executive officer (CEO) of Promiseland Estate, embodies leadership, philanthropy, and entrepreneurial excellence.
Born in Ankpa, Kogi state, and hailing from Otukpo, Benue state, he is a dynamic force in Nigeria’s real estate sector, shaping the nation’s housing landscape through innovation and social impact.
A graduate of Marketing from the University of Lagos, Emmanuel has built Promiseland Estate into one of Abuja’s leading real estate companies, bridging the housing deficit and creating job opportunities for thousands.
His contributions extend beyond business—his philanthropic initiatives have transformed communities, supporting low and middle-income earners with home ownership and empowering the less privileged.
In collaboration with the Defence and Police Officers Wives Association (DEPOWA), his company provided land to widows of fallen heroes during the 2024 Armed Forces Remembrance Day.
He has also donated relief materials to victims of crises in Plateau and Kaduna states and spearheaded initiatives to rehabilitate affected communities.
Before founding Promiseland Estate, Emmanuel gained experience in telecommunications, power transmission, and construction, starting with Fioloda Integrity, a logistics and transportation company in Lagos, before transitioning into power and real estate.
His impact has earned him numerous accolades, including the Member of the Federal Republic (MFR) honour conferred by former President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
He also holds an Honorary Doctorate from American Management University, an Ambassadorial Award, and the African Leadership Award. Additionally, the Police Service Commission (PSC) recognized his service to humanity with an award of excellence.
A mentor and innovator, Emmanuel is happily married to Amb. Mrs. Gift Emmanuel, Executive Director of Promiseland Estate and CEO of Cherry Skin Care. Their union is blessed with three children.
